Craftsmanship Description: Made of 100% sheep’s wool fabric with a weight of 480g. The yarn is spun and dyed using newly sheared sheep’s wool of the current year. The grey fabric is woven on high-speed rapier looms in a dust-free and anti-static workshop, adopting a double-sided weaving technique—with a satin weave on the reverse side and a random linen texture on the front side. It is paired with 60s 100% cotton tencel-like twill lining. The back pockets are equipped with leather embossed labels sewn by a template machine. It features Swiss-tooth bronze square slider closed-end zippers. The I-shaped buttons and rivets are made of bronze with antique gold bases, and the inner side is inlaid with engraved film turquoise flat-bottomed buttons. After manual spot painting on the surface, the paint is blown off by a blower and then sealed with a high-gloss transparent glaze, resulting in an overall color gradient visual effect.
