Selected Fabric: Purchased from YB for pattern making, the custom denim fabric undergoes indigo deep dyeing. The weft yarns retain the natural white color of raw cotton, woven into a classic 3/1 twill structure, featuring high-grade texture and a crisp, shapely appearance.
Exquisite Embroidery: The chest is adorned with logo embroidery, meticulously crafted using imported Japanese Tajima machines. With a stitch density of up to 12 stitches per inch, the details are intricate, the embroidery outline is clear, and the three-dimensional relief effect is strong, looking like a hand-painted work when viewed up close.
Ingenious Craftsmanship: Adopting manual spray marbling technique, after embroidery, craftsmen manually spray special dyes to make the embroidery pattern naturally blend with the denim background, as if it grows out of the fabric, avoiding the abruptness of appliqués.
Distressed Design: Buttons are hand-sewn with retro distressed copper buttons. The stitching intentionally retains an asymmetrical and natural feel, showing a casual and high-end style. The iconic lambskin label on the back waist hem fully reflects the brand’s texture.
